WHY are there so many emails?!

Was one of the first pieces of feedback I received at my role as a Communications Coordinator. My response was a stunned "I'm not sure?"

Cue the panicked call to my best friend, convinced I was getting fired for rewriting assigned emails. Spoiler alert: I was not fired.

While not my finest client management moment, that role taught me the importance of creating standardized communications.

Fast forward three months later, the bulk of mass reoccurring communications (to 3,000+ folks) were flying through the proofing process due to the templated formatting.
